I'm Having Trouble Reseting My Password

Why Did My Order Fail?

There are many reasons why an order may have failed. Here are some of the isues we may have encountered while you were checking out.

  1. You are using an American Express or Discover. Only Visa and Master Card are accepted.
  2. You are using a gift card and your information is not registered with the gift card. Your name and address in the billing information must match the gift card. Register your gift card and try again.
  3. Your Billing address provided does not match your credit card. Make sure your name, street address, and zip code match your billing information on this site.
  4. Your Visa or Master Card is from a bank that is not in the U.S. Only U.S. bankcards are accepted.
  5. The CVV code does not match the back of your card or card is expired. Try entering the information again.
  6. Your Credit Card company has declined the order. Suspicious transaction determined by your Card Company or the cardholder has too many transactions that seem suspicious. Contact your bank right away. 
  7. Card holder is out of state or in another country or IP address is not in the U.S.
  8. Your purchase exceeds $2500.00. Please call the Parish Office to make large purchases.

Your Credit Card information is safe with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. We will never save your credit card detail on this website.
