Overview
We have an “All Sales Final” and all orders are “Will Call” only. You may however, notify us withing 24 hours of placing your order online for a cancellation. Once your order has been picked up from Will-Call, there are no refunds or returns.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in “Will Call”.

To request a refund, please notify us by phone, email, in person, or in writting within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have purchased something in error, please notify us immediatly for a refund and/or replacement. There will be no refunds after the event has started/passed.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at oktoberfest@smdpyl.org
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, it must be made before it is picked up at “Will-Call”
Shipping
We will not ship items, everything listed on this website is “Will-Call” only.
